Licensed Attorney, Professional Fiduciary
Perform work in the following areas while acting as professional trustee, agent under power of attorney, personal representative or agent in a health care directive:
- Hiring Financial management of business and personal finances
- Hiring Financial management over taxes and insurances
- Overseeing professionals managing investments and business entities
- Participation in legal and court proceedings
- Estate administration and probate proceedings including burial
- Agent acting as power of attorney
- Agent in Health Care Directives involving medical and end of life decisions and Do Not Resuscitate (DNR)
- Overseeing less restrictive alternatives and appropriate care and living arrangements
- Overseeing least restrictive alternatives and personal autonomy decisions and implementation
RATE: $225-$295 PER HOUR (sliding scale)
Certified Mediator
- Act as a neutral third party using a coach approach
- Assists with asset management and/or distribution planning
- Assists in resolving complex family disputes
- Alternative small business or real estate dispute resolution
RATE: $250 PER HOUR
Care Manager
- Assists with housing management
- Assists with care providers and appointments
- Assists with transportation management
- Assists with asset management and/or distribution planning
- Assists with client personal care needs and personal effects
- Assists with scheduling activities and travel
RATE: $250 PER HOUR
